Is there a catch?

None. You are free to pick and choose the products you want installed from our range without being charged extra or pressured to buy more than one.

Do I have to arrange my own installer?

No, we will provide a licensed installer and electrician for the installation. The quote will include old equipment removal, installation, and decommissioning.

Can I claim rebates myself?

No, you must hire an accredited provider to receive rebates or discounts on energy-efficient products.

Is my home or business eligible?

To qualify for participation in the VEU program, the following criteria must be met:

Your residence or business must be located within the state of Victoria,
The items you intend to install must not have been previously installed under the VEU program at the same address, and
The products you plan to replace must not already be energy-efficient or water-saving alternatives
